- Land area, more or less seven hundred (700 has.) hectares and are expandable up to one
thousand (1,0000 has.) hectares.
- These vast lands are owned by 200 landowners
- The area is located in southern part of Palawan island along its eastern seaboard, facing Sulu
Sea and about 160 kilometers from Puerto Princesa.
- Ninety (90%) per cent of these lands have Transfer Certificate of Title as supporting documents
while the remaining ten (10%) has its individual Tax Declaration issued by Municipal Assessor.
- All these lands were declared as Alienable and Disposable by DENR and DAR under Presidential
Decree No. 27
- Land Terrain is fifty (50%) per cent flat while the remaining fifty (50%) per cent is moderately
slope.
- Abundant water supply to meet the demand of agricultural needs from Punang river and some other
rivers and creeks within the area.
- Globe and Smart Telecom are also available in the area including electricity
- Transportation facilities are also available like bus, vans, jeepneys every 30 minutes starting
4am to 5pm to Puerto Princesa and other nearby destinations vice versa.
- Selling price is one million five hundred thousand (P1,500,000.00) pesos per hectare
- Mode of payment; either cash (manager's check) or any acceptable best offer by clients
